The Swift Family Heritage wines are made from small parcels of hand selected grapes sourced exclusively from our estate vineyards. This fruit is then vinified with meticulous care and attention. The resulting wines are of the highest quality and show the finest expression of the grape varietals. Each vintage produces limited quantities with exceptional flavour and balance that we believe will continue to improve with extra maturation.
Winemaking Notes
This wine was selected on the basis of quality from the 2004 vintage. It’s elevated fruit expression and refined structure earned the wine the right to mature in new French oak barriques for 15 months. A refined, elegant wine that revels in hands-on winemaking techniques.
