The Swift Family Heritage wines are made from small parcels of hand selected grapes sourced exclusively from our estate vineyards. This fruit is then vinified with meticulous care and attention. The resulting wines are of the highest quality and show the finest expression of the grape varietals. Each vintage produces limited quantities with exceptional flavour and balance that we believe will continue to improve with extra maturation.
The Mt. Canobolas Collection focuses on the partnership between food and wine, each wine made to highlight the vibrant, elegant, lifted fruit characters that define the Orange region.
Our 'Mountain Range' represents our core product with 8 individual wines. Fruit is sourced from our estate vineyards in conjunction with contracted growers supplying specific varieties suited to their micro-climates within the Orange region. These wines are elegantly crafted to highlight the unique cool climate characters of the Orange region. Our aim is to produce a complete range of quality affordable wines, a goal we feel we have achieved with over half these wines already winning medals.
