Printhie Benchmark Dinner @ Bistro Ceello
Following on from last years inaugural Benchmark Dinner, this year we join Scott Want and Michael Manners @ Bistro Ceello. With the chef and his former apprentice back on familiar ground it is sure to be a meal fit for a king. And what will you be drinking? In true Benchmark Dinner style we have a range of Australian and international wines that have inspired our winemaking as well as a few of our own as a comparison.
